who is Leo simpson?.
Leo is a seasoned property investor, developer, and bespoke deal sourcer based in the Cotswolds. Since beginning his property investment journey in 2017, Leo has built a wealth of experience across the property sector, specialising in commercial-to-residential developments, Buy, Refurbish, Refinance (BRR) projects, flips, land acquisition, and rent-to-rent strategies.
In addition to his development work, Leo operates a property management company that focuses on serviced accommodation. Drawing on a decade of expertise in sales and marketing with five of those years dedicated to short-term rental marketing, he helps Airbnb hosts unlock the full potential of their properties and achieve exceptional returns on their investments.
A Christian family man, Leo approaches every project with integrity and a commitment to excellence. He collaborates with property investors, developers, and estate agents across the South of England, offering tailored solutions and high-ROI opportunities that deliver real results.
